I had two issues that needed to be resolved when the two repairmen came out.
1: The wireless headset in the master bedroom was not working and finally the guys determined that we needed a new headset and said all we had to do was hook it up into the new wiring they left. New headset still did not work and so I finally took a picture of the back of our TV set and went to Best Buy and explained my problem. The gentleman there said I needed a converter since there was not an audio output plug. He was kind enough to go step by step what I needed to do. Gee, with the right equipment and resetting the audio on the TV, the headphones worked, even the old ones!
2: Our new TV's sound cut out every hour for approximately 90 seconds. They did a bunch of things to pair the sound bar to the TV and left. Before they could exit our community the sound cut out again. They made a few more adjustments and later sent me a text saying they had contacted Vizio and our sound bar was probably bad. I played around with the settings on the TV for a good hour and through dumb luck it is now working. Again, nothing wrong with the sound bar.
I have called three times for the owner, Rob, to call me as I would like my money refunded. While $135.00 may not seem like much to some people, I did not get $135.00 worth of service. My calls have gone unanswered and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
