  • Upon check in I was greeted by some awesome people. The only pleasant experience staying here. Rooms are NOT updated, whoever is under that impression either lives in an outdated world or this hotel has other options of more modern rooms. The pipes are so loud, the entire night I heard clicking and banging from them. The AC was either full blast or off, no in between, it was awful, it had no ability to maintain a temperature. 1 night stay, typically the cleaning staff doesn't bother you. I had 2 cleaning staff members just walk in at 8am and again at 9:45am. Again to reiterate THEY JUST WALKED IN. I was not awoken by the quiet subtle knock and a request for entrance. No they barged in and luckily I was under the covers and decent. They also seem to enjoy getting started at 6am and have no care of how loud their carts are. If you want to sleep past 7, I'd suggest staying elsewhere. The side of the highway in my vehicle would have been more peaceful. I requested a wake up call at 9am. Never got it. This hotel is the definition of you get what you pay for. Nothing is complimentary and the single computer in a partially accessible guest lounge does not equal a business center. 2 thumbs down for this hotel and majority of its staff.
