First and last time I will EVER set foot inside this store- or deal with Sprint ever ever again. I've been a customer since 2001 with no problems with my phones in the past but yesterday I took my phone in for a screen issue and was told that since I'm not eligible for an upgrade til July 1st, there was nothing they could do for me eventhough my phone is completely unusable. Even after talking to the head of sales, Jaime, he just gave me the "oh well". A whole hour of my life I will never get back- I'm taking my business elsewhere if that's how a company treats a loyal 11 year customer.
