  • 5 stars for the pilots who landed the plane tonight. Never been so happy to land in my life. There was thunderstorms going on nearby and I was watching lightning go by outside my window. They had us in a holding pattern forever, but we finally landed safely. Everyone cheered when we touched down. I'm grateful to the staff who got us here safely. But...it's been an hour and half and we still don't have our bags...everyone's flight got delayed. And now there shuttling all the bags through one carousel! It's ridiculous. I'm not sure when this night will end...
