Nice service and nice decor. That's probably the best thing going for Noodles Ranch. It's clean, unlike most hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurants. However, the food is below average compared to the usual Vietnamese restaurant. The pho broth is bland. Egg rolls and spring rolls aren't bad but aren't fantastic (i.e., average). The rice dishes and curry noodles dishes are also too bland. Also, the price is high for Vietnamese ($9 for a bowl of pho?!).
The food quality is a 2-star because it was just too bland for the usual flavorful Vietnamese dishes. However, the nice service and the cleanliness earn it an extra star.
As other Yelpers suggest, this is probably a good place to introduce people to Vietnamese food, but if you're looking for authentic/flavorful dishes, you should pass.
