  • Equity title is the most incompetent business I have had to deal with. Barb is completely unprofessional, lacks the business acumen to perform her job duties, and shouldn't be in the business. They don't communicate and blame everyone but themselves. On the day of closing, she realized she was missing things and told us this at 330. She has also said "its been a while since I had to do simple math" - considering its titles responsibility to balance the ledge , this is downright incompetence. The fact Barb is a Sr. Escrow officer is Mind boggling and shows that the Branch Manager - Christine or Christina - has no idea what is going on in her own branch. Avoid this place when buying or selling a house like the plague !!
