I was losing vision in right eye. Was referred to Dr. Herb by medical staff. (Plus he is covered by my insurance) Nurse/technician (never identified herself.) did a lot of measurements. Dr. Herb did scans. Applied goopy ointment into my eye. Taped several pads and a plastic guard over my eye. Instructed to wear overnight, then use eye meds for follow up.
Was supposed to send prescription to my Walmart pharmacy. They never got it.
At time, Dr. Herb was signed into Greenman Eye computer system, but as tech/nurse. Could not send prescription. Tech/nurse was suppose to sign out, then Dr, Herb sign in to process prescription. He must have forgot.
Had follow up visit scheduled for a couple days later.

This is a very busy office. Staff tends to get distracted. YOU have to stay on top of them. Be assertive. Follow up if no response in a timely manner.
