  • I SUPER DUPER LOOOVE THEIR GALAKTOBOUREKO! I should have gotten the whole freaking pan. I only wish the buttery phyllo layers were more crispy but the custard was unbelievable! This is a same-day/one-sitting dessert not only 'cuz it's impossible to save for later (or for other people)-- BUT I heard the phyllo gets soggy & the custard gets mushy. GOOD GOD IT'S FATAL.
