  • Too far from the Rockies to see anything of significance and Calgary's downtown is not the most impressive. I did it because I had an hour or two to kill. Pretty underwhelming. I then found you get free admission to the tower if you eat at the restaurant, though it's not advertised anywhere. I wanted to eat at the restaurant that revolves (their menu looked good), but you have to book it in advance, no walk-ins. Not worth the $17, I was in and out in under 20 minutes.
