  • Check in went smooth but when I got to my room in the north tower I discover the toilet seat covered in what I assume to be pubic hair. Back down at the check in counter yvonne assisted me with an apology and an ipgrade. She was very gracious about it. I think they just need new housekeepers. I will update when I check out. This is my first experience at this hotel. Well to add I slipped and fell on a wet spot in the lobby, then my clothes iron was broken in my room. I'm starting to think I will not be coming back. This hotel seems to be bad luck for me.
