The crown jewel of Cleveland food, it really is. Why? Because not only is it just so utterly ingrained in the local culture, it deserves that position too. So many families have been going here for generations, getting to know the vendors, bringing other people in to check it out.
Theres food from around the world, all made at a great level of quality across the board, theres always a place to buy a handy snack (some of the bread, pita, or dessert places, but particularly Crepes DeLuxe
Some people might be turned off because it sorta has a... learning curve so to speak (my uncle looks down on anyone singing the praises of Steve's Gyros) and no one likes a tourist (obviously) but its just so great to see so many generations at a single place. You don't get that anywhere else in Cleveland.
