  • DON'T CHANCE IT.... I went there Saturday 18th and got an oil change and come home to find out they broke the coolant filler neck that goes to the overflow tank. FML!! Not the first time they messed up.. A year ago they failed change the oil when I went there to get an oil change... The manager apologize and offered an $80 credit but when I went back there was no notes or anything saying what happened and the credit..... Shady!!! Never going back! Update... Called Sun Devil Auto and spoke with Jeremy/manager. Started to tell him what was going on when he cut me off and told me how upset he was with the bad review. He was more concerned about the bad review than helping our resolving the situation. He said they didn't break anything. After we argued back and forth he hung up on me... The car was fine before I took it in. He definitely has a poor/bad attitude. Not professional at all. More like a stubborn kid throwing a fit..
