  • I bought a recliner couch more than a year ago and it was a very good deal. I was sold in getting the 48mo protection plan that comes with it but it only covers spills or who knows what. In less than a year the couch screws come off and I was told that it's not part of the protection plan and it's a maintenance issue and I will need to pay $50 minimum for the visit just like having a car get a change oil "maintenance".. well if your couch was well made the screws shouldn't come off! DO NOT BUY PROTECTION/CARE PLAN if you really don't need it.. I was planning on going back to buy more furniture but after this, no thanks I will look for a better alternative..
