***revised, my mom received and email from The manage. She is still waiting On a phone call but the did say they were crediting her back for the time. Todd has reached out again, it has been much appreciated ***
We will be canceling service with this company AS SOON AS ANYONE calls us back. We were overcharged by 45 minutes, since it was new to us we were home and writing down the time. The Customer Service Manager APRIL Who is terrible by they way called back and said she checked the gps and they were there... that is a flat out lie. My mother has called and emailed asking to speak with Susan or Todd, literally anyone but April and the only response she gets is from April. We have asked to speak with someone higher then April but we are not even being acknowledged. We called the main line as well, told we would get a call back... SHOCKING SHOCKING no call back. I hope people take a good luck at most of these comments and get out while they can.
