  • I had a great/easy experience purchasing a dryer over the weekend. At the store, I selected the dryer I wanted and was able to find a sales associate in less than a moments time. Checking out was a breeze.. and delivery was available the very next day - on a Sunday!! There was no additional charge for delivery and they picked up my old dryer. On Sunday I received a call from the driver from Lowes providing me with a the "time" window that my dryer will be delivered. It was fast!! They hooked it up for me (electric). I was even able to buy a new vent and cord along with the dryer!! I remember using sears in the past and delivery was always an issue because they always outsourced for delivery and whomever came to represent Sears and if there was a problem it was a always a big hassle getting worked out. "because" they didn't work for the company. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks Lowes!!!!
