  • This is the second time I've been back here. The first time my nails seemed to turn out alright, but unfortunately didn't last nearly as long as they usually do when I go to another place to get them done. I assumed this was because the man working on my nails seemed new. So I decided to give it another try especially because they are one of the few places open on Sundays. I made an appt at 11 and the one man doing my nails kept asking me if I had an appt, when I told him I called in advance-that still didn't seem to change his mind and he told me my appt didn't count and moved me out of the chair to wait. The 5 min I was with him he made my finger bleed as he was taking off the polish. Ouch. I was then moved to a very nice woman who finished my set of gel nails. She did make sure to ask me if everything was okay, but was way too rough filing my nails-it felt like my skin was getting ripped off since it was filed too much. I also got the gel polish on my fingers which was never removed by the nail tech and then to find out this cost about $45 was way too overpriced for me. The woman was kind and meant well, but after these past two experiences I will not be returning and sadly wouldn't recommend this to my friends.
