Between the week of June 14-21, 2015 my "service" from Cox has gone down 6 times. Twice on Saturday the 20th alone. Their excuse was it was a "scheduled maintenance," really at 4pm? I've been with Cox for 15 years and it's definitely time to leave them. They don't care about their customers, just their money. These outages are inexcusable and bloody ridiculous. It's really a shame that Phoenix only has one major cable internet provider. Then again I'd probably have better luck with 2 cans and some string than with Cox.
