  • Staff are knowledgeable and time helping you even though they are always busy. I've owed 5 pistols, 2 purchased from hyatts and I've always been satisfied. Best selection in the area by far. I took a star off based on the fact that they truly are more expensive in comparison to other gun stores and they give you practically nothing for trade ins but overall 4 stars for customer service and selection.
