  • Well, I use to love Kohl's. Now, customer service really leaves something to be desired. I received one of the "flash sale" emails this afternoon. I head on over to Kohl's as I needed some work clothes anyway. At checkout, she asked me if I'm going to use my Kohl's credit. I tell her no, and she tells me I can't be a part of the flash sale unless I use me Kohl's card. What?! It clearly says on the coupon that any "tender" may be used, but I'm not one to argue. So I go to customer service to get my 20% off, and she tells me I cannot have a discount because I needed to wait til 5 pm and its only 4:51. Seriously? I'm so annoyed I just left without my discount and my rightful 20 dollars. I'm not impressed. They were so rude about it too, which makes it even worse. Improve your game Kohl's. This is why you're having the issues you have.
