  • This review concerns a visit I made to the store approximately 2 weeks ago. The visit was made on a weekday afternoon: I came in to this shop to purchase a Magpul item. What I needed was behind the counter, so I had to wait for service. I waited, and waited, and waited, and.....well, you get the point. I was not even acknowledged in any way, shape, or form - it was almost like I was invisible! There were two employees in the back of the store behind a different counter, and there were several employees near the range part of the store. They were all pre-occupied with talking amongst themselves - either they did not notice me needing assistance, or they did not care. Obviously they did not need/want my business, so I took it elsewhere. I won't be back. Oh, and the shooting range is VERY loud - you almost need hearing protection in the retail part of the store!
