Updating my review of the newer, bigger space!
Ample seating and review still holds true. Out of the 3 times I've come, there was only 1 time I didn't have to wait but trust me, you'll be very much rewarded for your patience.
The meat is perfectly cooked and stick to your guns; if you like rare go for it because they will get it perfect. Your veggies will be beautifully grilled and charred right to the point before it has that burnt taste. The 4 house made sauces will delight every part of your palate and try all 4 and see which one you like the best. The bread is always so crisp yet chewy...lightly brushed with olive oil, use it to soak up all the meat juice.
I'm getting hungry typing this but for all you people who can visit whenever, I envy you all. This is a must eat in Pittsburgh.
