  • Traveled to Las Vegas for some business meetings. Niece recommended beers Framboise Boon and Kriek Boon, so we purchased a bottle each on June 17, 2018 each to enjoy. Opened them and taste seemed a bit off. Read the back of the bottle, and both said "Best before end 2017". I had to leave LV early the next day, so i called Total Wine LV and spoke to a lady who said i could take the empties back to Bellevue, WA, where i was going. Called the Bellevue Total Wine, and they told me the Las Vegas store would handle. That store referred me to their corporate headquarters. After on and off hold for 30 minutes, was told that it should be handled by the LV store, but when corporate told them to refund, they refused and demanded that I fly the bottles back to them. What a crock, all over $28. I'll never use this group again. I've instructed all my offices to avoid Total Wine-we used to purchase kegs of beer from them weekly. Recommend Lee's in LV (or anyone else). Also be sure to look at the date labels at Total Wine-they apparently sell old stuff.
