  • The meats are always taste really good and their sauces are exceptional. However the meats always tend to taste a bit dry and almost NEED the sauce... the best BBQ I've ever had was from MA and you had to wait almost an hour for your order. I think the problem here is their Chiptole style setup where they allow the meats to air dry...
