| - This has to be a joke, these people can't be professionals.
Went for my first visit and they didn't agree with the diagnosis that I had been using for 3 years by Stanford trained professionals.
Said the we're going to send my prescription to the pharmacy. Called the pharmacy 2 days later, no prescription. Called the office and apparently their office goes by a different name in their long list making it impossible to get a hold of them by only saying I was a new customer.
When I did get a hold of them, they couldn't find the pharmacy near my house where they were going to send the prescription.
So they picked another pharmacy inside Target, and I explained to them exactly what the prescription was suppose to be for, because they hadn't gotten to my paperwork, a week after I had seen their doctor. So unprofessional, it's sad that this was the place Blue Cross / Blue Shield approved.
The next day, I called the pharmacy inside Target and they had the prescription WRONG. Not only was it wrong, but it was at the wrong pharmacy. When I called the doctors office back to try to straighten out this nightmare, the office had closed at 4:00 pm and the answering service wouldn't let me leave a message.
If you are considering this place I would suggest that you go back to your doctor, do some research and find a responsible medical facility.
