  • If you want to see what the big all-in-one stores are doing to malls, come here. There are numerous empty lots/areas, numerous niche stores that you won't see in nicer malls and even the anchors (the ones that are left) are showing signs of age. My boys love the carousel and the food court is still a positive, but other than that, I can't think of a solid reason why an adult would choose to come here. Save yourself some time and head over to San Tan Village, which is about 15 minutes away.
