Left me first say that if I filled this out a decade ago I would have given the MVD less than one star. Today it is superbly a four. I have been to the MVD 3 times in the past two months and each time I was surprised by how expedient the MVD is compared to their old method, that of taking a number and parking it inside for half a day. Now they have greeters and kiosks which have helped them point people in the right direction rather than have people wait three hours to find out that they didn't even need to come in.
Additionally they have many of the services accessible on their website. I timed myself each time I went and spent no more than 15 minutes in line and typically less than 10 at each available desk. I actually thought that the process was so smooth that I wish I had to go back. Whom ever analyzed this process and streamlined it deserves a Nobel Prize because I predict the reputation the MVD has will vanish in about 5-10 years. Thank you whoever made this happen.
