My wireless consultant Nick was very friendly and helpful. He stayed on the phone with Verizon customer service for 2 hours for us. Even though verizon itself wouldn't help us in anyway, he still argued with Verizon customer service and fought for us. The joke is that he had just gone through a training where verizon teaches them to do everything they can to keep a customer who wants to leave(me) and that if they exhaust all their resources then to contact a department that will do something to help the customer stay, but according to the Verizon person on the phone,there is no such department and there is nothing they can do to prevent a customer of 9 years from leaving and switching to amother company. I give Nick 5 stars for working his hardest to help us in every way but verizon itself doesn't deserve a half star.
