  • The worst service. I don't buy anything full bottle until I know the product works with me. I wanted a few samples and these people, the male with streaks in his hair, decided to butt in while I was being helped and told me that they can only give me 3 samples. I have been a Sephora shopping member for years (10 + years), and I have shopped at numerous locations and never had anything like that happen to me. I was dressed in my yoga clothes, so I wasn't all fancy so these workers decided to act all snooty. I was being nice and the girl helping me was actually very polite till the male worker came around and decided to be rude and snooty. I have been given ample amount of samples at various locations in Las Vegas and San Diego so this worker was lying and full of it. You people work customer service, so act nice to your customers instead of being snooty know it all and wannabes. I'll be calling corporate!
