  • Don't count on the $500.00 refferal fee coming to you. I am a driver and recommended a person to become a driver. He filled out his application and now before his first ride Lyft is saying I don't qualify and neither does he because they say my code was not entered. This is an outright lie I was with him when he entered my information. The problem with lyft is there is no physical person to talk to so I keep getting the run around. Pretty poor customer service for both drivers and prospects. I will never recommend anyone again. Horrible experience.....
