  • In close vicinity to many other favorite Ramen spots, Ramen Sora stacks up well. As I am writing this review, a couple came in but had the leave because they found the music too loud. Funny how so many places I've visited lately repulse their customers out the door by inflicting their obnoxiously loud music on them. I won't go back to Jinya Ramen for the very reason. Aside from the music volume, I liked this place. The miso broth was tasty! Noodles perfectly cooked. Spice level great. The dining area could use a scrub down and paint job, however. Cleanliness factor is only 3 stars. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the dining space.
