  • Horrible stay. Their was bugs in my 1st room. Moved to 2nd room bug infestation in there! Also the mgmt yanked the $$ from my card. Pulled proof of that. Left a msg w AAA. They have 4 stars w them!! I've never seen this at any Best Western and I'm a rewards member.. They get 5 thumbs down
