  • I've shopped at numerous sprouts locations and have never had an employee be as rude as Gloria the cashier. She was letting me know about the store policy very rudely in which they don't allow firearms in the store. I have a concealed weapon permit and a carry permit and Gloria continued to tell me that I can't carry my firearm, as she threw my groceries around and acted very unprofessional. And then argued with me about my right to carry a firearm in Arizona. I will be contacting the sprouts corporate office and the general manager (Jim) at this location, to discuss Gloria's rude and unprofessional behavior further and what corrective action will be taken to improve there customer service at sprout store number 3.
