I purchased my new Honda here and thought the purchase process was fine and the people I dealt with throughout the sale were courteous, friendly and professional.
It's the service department that I am rating here. I was going to give 1 star but I know there are some people that do work hard in the service department to provide a good customer experience. Hence, I am adding another star.
"Dave" has a chip on his shoulder every time I come here. This time he was angry because "Joe" told me on the phone this morning to stop in this afternoon for the service I needed. Dave is angry and tells me "it figures Joe told you to stop in on a busy day. That's why I asked you who told you to come here today because we are busy and it figures it was Joe that told you to come in today because he doesn't have to deal with it."
Really? I can't believe you just said that to me. I'm the customer. Why are you making me feel guilty for being here? I don't need to be told or hear about internal issues the employees are having amongst one another. I just need my vehicle fixed so that I can go on with my life.
This Dave guy was incredibly unprofessional. I will likely take my business elsewhere going forward.
