  • Used to be our go to Starbucks, so bad lately, the drive thru takes forever and our order is always wrong. When we pay over $5 for a coffee we expect it to be right. The last time they gave me the wrong one she took it back after I tasted it and promptly gave it to the car behind us. Management needs to do something, worst customer service ever.
