I was fairly disappointed with my recent visit.
I came in being extremely excited about trying the Peking Duck empanada, but alas, they had "pulled that particular one out of their rotation."
That makes sense since duck is expensive, but I wish I knew that before coming in.
I ended up with the chicken paella and the bulgogi flavors. I've been to Spain, and I pretty much grew up on korean BBQ. Those did not even remotely remind me of the authentic cuisine I've had before.
Was it a good empanada? Sure. Is it worth the money and the hype? Not even close.
They've also just been sitting under heat lamps all day, and I can't imagine coming back.
