  • As a meeting planner, I have worked with numerous transportation companies. This is by far the worst experience! Although we booked the bus several weeks prior to our event and followed up the day of the event to make sure the bus would be on time, the bus we paid for still did not show up leaving our conference attendees stranded and our staff scrambling to taxi them to an event. As if this is not bad enough, the experience with management trying to get a refund is even more frustrating! We are now several weeks past our event and still no refund. Will never use Silverado Stages again.
