I made a decision within 24 hours- I returned a car I had purchased.
Nissan Autonation; Pat (the sweetest salesman ever) and Ryan (finance and so nice!) were so completely understanding and helpful about my change in purchase. Seriously- non judgmental and answered my questions about returning the vehicle.
I know so many focus on the sale part of customer service, which is important, but so was this- a decision of returning a vehicle! I am so grateful to them for having great customer service through this!
Nothing was wrong with the car, the financing went fine; it was me. (And I am not breaking up with them. ) I realized I needed to save more to get what I really wanted.
So thank you Pat and Ryan for being so professional. I appreciate it.
EDIT: still waiting for my warranty refund. Called and emailed and was given the run around. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
EDIT 2: Finally had to get online and go thru corporate. They connected me with Mary at the dealership. The finance guy left the loan- never processed my warranty return. Mary did it all- SHE is the SHINING STAR! Did it same day.
