  • I saw Penne for a blow dry and it was a disaster. I went in to see her before my appt to explain that my hair was curley and highlighted so it needed to be blowdried straight with my round boarbristle brush and without the use of a flatiron.She said she could easily achieve this.I went back for my blowdry appt 2 hours later with my hair freshly washed and my products(Moroccan oil) already in,I handed her my brush and I immediately noticed her taking large pieces and trying to blow dry them,I immediately told her that she was never going to get it straight without using 2 or 3 inch sections of hair.Half way through I noticed that she was using a ceramic brush and not the one I had given her because i saw sections of my hair snapping and falling to the ground also i could feel her pulling my hair very hard.I have NEVER seen a stylist do that before and I have my doubts that she even is.I had originally tried to make an appt with Yi me but she was already booked.If I could have gotten in with her, things probably would have been fine.Penne was a disaster,I was reluctant to yell or scream because she mentioned that she went to the same church as myself,but when i got home and saw what a horrible job she did and had to go to the mall to have it blowdryed again the same day then i regretted paying here the outrageous fee that a real stylist should get.Complete robbery! Stay away from Penne!!!!
