  • VENTILATION - this is a key thing you need to think about when opening a BBQ joint. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks, it was was all high-quality and delicious. The service was prompt, friendly, attentive. The space has a nice feel. The presentation is great. .....BUT we won't go back unless they install an HVAC system. This was summer, with the front windows all open and a fan going - imagine in winter?! No thanks.
