  • Do not rent a budget truck from here. I reserved a truck a week before I needed it, received 2 email confirmations that it was reserved then got a call the morning of pick up that they didn't have a truck available. Their only solution was to call budget's 800 number. The lady on the phone could've cared less that this put us in a bind. Thank goodness the guy at uhaul on chandler was so helpful and got us a truck with no problems.
