  • It seems Synco Properties has stopped taking care of this property as it is slated to be torn down. However, that's been in the works for years. There are regular water issues and mold. Maintenance crew is nice but are limited to "bandaiding" problems and the source of issues is not taken care of. If you're here very temporarily, it could work but I wouldn't make long term plans to stay here.
