  • If there was a below one star option, that is what I would have chosen. I went to the Mississauga location. I had made an appointment to redeem my Groupon. I went to the address today that was indicated on the voucher. It was a closed up shop. I called them and they said it was at a different address. So I went to that location and saw nothing that said Body Sculpt. Called again and was told it was under New You. I went in and they told me that they were not honouring this deal at this location. I said that I picked the Mississauga location when I booked it. They also said that I should have received a call advising me that my appointment was changed to a different location. I did not. To sum up, they printed an incorrect address on their offer, when called neglected to advise me of that. Did not advise me that it was also under a different name than the voucher. Also, did not advised that they made a mistake by booking me at that location and were not honouring it there. Very unorganized! Needless to say, I would not trust these idiots with my face since they can't even handle a simple appointment booking. I have heard from many that this organization is unreputable, unprofessional and not qualified to provide the procedures they do. If you value your appearance - stay clear!!!!!! Lisa L
