| - This place is really nice. I have been busy, and am a little late writing this, but last week I tried this place out twice. The first time, it was not exactly what I expected, and the pressure wasn't quite to my liking. But then again, I do have a high tolerance for hard pressure, and was extra sore that day, and may have had a miscommunication with my masseuse. The staff knew I was not the most satisfied with my first massage, and was more than willing to make it better and change my mind. About an hour after I left, the owner gave me a call, and asked if I was not satisfied with my massage. I told him about my experience, and how I must have been in a bad mood earlier in the day, because in hindsight, it really was not a big problem. I was just living in L.A. for a while, and must have got so used to my masseuses that I always go to, and expected the same thing.. on my first try, at a new place. I should know that every masseuse is different, and you have to try a few to find the one that fits you best, and this was only my first time here. The owner was still disappointed that I was not 100% satisfied with my session, and took it upon himself to go the extra mile to make sure I was more than satisfied. He invited me back to try another massage, on the house, free of charge. I was already pleased and ready to give them another shot at this point, but it didn't stop there. He really listened when I expressed my problems, and needs, and recommended a few masseuses that he thought would fit my style. He then made sure to have one of the best lead masseuses that fit my style and pressure preference, was free for my new appointment. I was now excited to go back. When I came in for my appointment the next day, the owner and masseuse were there to greet and welcome me back. We went over all my issues, needs, preferences, problem areas, and anything else that might help my experience, so they could be sure there would be no miscommunication. My masseuse was soo good and soo strong. She really worked my body, and quite frankly, it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Not only that, but my first appointment I paid for was for 1 hour. When I looked at the clock after the second massage, that was free, I was shocked to see it has been a whole 2 hours! I suspected she went longer, because she really made sure to do a thorough job, but I never expected 2 hours! Thank you guys! But this still doesn't end here. As I walk out, I try to walk past all the nice snacks and beverages, but they already had a water and snack in hand, ready to insist I take some. They ask a few more times if I need anything else, any sodas, etc. I try to tip my masseuse but they would not accept. Then... the owner hands me an envelope with my FULL refund from the first session, INCLUDING the tip amount I gave. Not only do I feel like I got my money's worth, but I feel like I have MADE money to get 2 massages here. Lol. At this point, I just had to give a good tip to the masseuse, and they finally accept. They also recommended me a lot more names that can give me just as good and strong of a massage. They have a lot of masseuses and I am willing to try others. Even my first massage was actually very relaxing, I was just unlucky because I wasn't there to relax that day, I wanted to go in and get some work done! Haha. Long story short: Great relaxing place, very nice facility and amenities, great comfy tables, nice clean bathrooms, and let them know if you are particular about your massage, and want a recommendation for a masseuse that fits your needs. You should have no problem trying them out, especially because it was 15 bucks off your first time. By the way, I believe my masseuses name was pronounced "Ohn." Not too sure on the spelling either, but I'll make sure to get it right next time! Thank you guys! I will be coming back for sure!
