  • The technicians are terrific. However, Groupon buyers beware! Purchased a Groupon for a 60 min custom massage and facial. Both were very nice but the massage was 50 mins, not 60. When I asked about why at the desk, I was told it's because they have to leave time between clients. So... how does that work when you advertise 60 and start over ten minutes late? Not a fun surprise. Still, as mentioned before, the service providers are great; just go in fully aware of shorter services than advertised!
