  • We lived Broadstone Flamingo West from June 2016 to Dec.2016. We had one noisy neighbor and after a couple visits to the office they finally moved out. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. It was a safe community, close to everything that you can want, and a friendly staff. (especially Chris the Property Manager) We would've stay but found the house of our dreams just in time birth of our son. At renewal time the renewal offer did increase, but in their defense, all the apartments in the area are around the price range they were offering. We recommend this community to anyone looking to a safe, nice and quiet place to live!
