  • WARNING: DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! This place is awful! It's so loud all the time kids always screaming and yelling at the pool, loud neighbors, grounds are messy always trying to avoid stepping in dog poop or dog urine on the side walks. No place to park ever then people never park in their lanes when they do park. They give you the "courtesy patrol" info which they do not do anything. They don't address noise complaints ever. Then there other option is you can transfer which sounds great until your told you have to pay another deposit and higher rent. Why? Because I asked for it to be loud and woken up or can't get to sleep because of neighbors and kids screaming and yelling at the pool all hours of the night. Me and my husband are heavy sleepers but this is ridiculous especially when my 2 young kids can't sleep through it . So not only would I have to completely pack up root my living space and have all my bills re-connected, set up and address change I also have to pay another deposit and more monthly. What a joke. Steer very very clear of this place it's not worth it what so ever!
