I had one of the most authentic German Hefeweizens that I have found in the US, and I lived in Bavaria for 2 years. It didn't have the head like the German brews do, but was still plenty fizzy. It is also the first place in the US I have seen a Doner Kebob on the menu. This is a common fast-food sandwich in Germany, the Turkish version of the Greek Gyro. The lamb meat on mine was finely shredded, but the overall sandwich was good. The vinegary, warm German potato salad was tasty also. I also sampled the fries, which were somewhat overdone, and the Buffalo cauliflower appetizer, which was good. The atmosphere was fine. The water refills were a bit tardy.
