This is your typical Phoenix area "canned-food-stuffed-inside-a-store-bought-tortilla-and-topped-with-cheap-cheddar-cheese-passes-for-Mexican-food" kind of place. Check out Presidio or La Santissima for a really good, authentic Mexican food experience. Rito's is nothing more than your typical "me too" Mexican place.
My burrito was filled with a mysterious meat/sauce that came out of a can. In my world, re-heating something isn't the same as cooking it. Also, don't you love that little mound of lettuce they put on your plate as if that makes it healthy or pretty or something? Try picking through that after driving your food home in a to-go box. There's nothing like receiving nasty, wilted, wet lettuce as a cherry-topper to my "tastes like it's from a can" meal.
I really wanted to like this place, but there are much better places out there.
