Took a long time for my car, but there was a lot damaged and some hard-to-come by parts. I've checked with people who hit deer and took their cars to other places and the time for repair was the same as mine here. They did a good job on the actual repairs, were very friendly and responsive when I called to check up, and didn't seem upset about my ignorance on some of the things that were happening. (I got worried when I heard they were putting the windshield back in and I thought they replaced it, but I was wrong and misunderstood what needed to be done.)
I like that there is a lifetime guarantee on the work and that I was able to get copies of the pictures they took of all the original damage.
The only criticism I'd give is that the original time estimate was off. I would have preferred they erred on the long side rather than give a best case time estimate. Short time estimates going over the time are more stressful than long time estimates that finish under the estimated time. Since this is my first ever accident, it was a bit of a learning experience for me.
I'll update if I see anything odd about the repairs later.
