  • Patrick was my salesperson, and this rating does NOT reflect his service. We bought our first Jeep (ever) there with the expectation of buying a second one next year when the new body is available. I can tell you we will buy another one next year but it ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT be from them. Why? Because see below for item issues #1-14...Sunday 7/9: came in for a test drive with salesman (not Patrick). Wednesday 7/12: talked with same salesman on the phone (not Patrick) and verbally agreed on a purchase price. Friday 7/14 salesman called and wanted to verify agreed price did not include tax, title, etc. Of course I know that already. I came in with my husband to finalize purchase and arrived around 1:30-2 pm. 1) I was given another salesperson, Patrick, who was friends with first salesman. 2) The Jeep I drove and agreed to purchase was not on the lot so another Jeep similar but with less upgrades was offered. That's called Bait and Switch. They did locate another Jeep more similar to the one I agreed to buy in Surprise that hadn't even been processed from the transport yet, which they agreed to 'upgrade' without charging me. 3) An agreed purchase price was already negotiated so there was no reason for us to have been kept there for 6 hours. I repeatedly asked for all involved to hurry the process up without success. 4) We looked over the contract before it went to financing and noticed they had 'add ons' we did not verbally agree to and they would not remove all the charges. WHAT?! Nope, they didn't honor our agreed purchase price. AND Jason said they wouldn't drop the price down to that agreed price (when I asked first salesperson why they didn't honor the agreed price he said he got the ok from Jason. WHAT?!. 5) We waited for about 5 minutes in Sam's financing office for the paperwork to be brought back. I went to the front and had to ask for my paperwork. Even Sam said that was too long to wait. 6) Sam told us about how wonderful a 3rd party extended warranty was and they don't use Mopar's extended warranty because the 3rd party's is better AND it should be in effect in the US territories. We found out later that wasn't correct. He lied about both. 7) We asked for the extended warranty to be paid separately so it wouldn't be financed. Sam added the cost of the warranty it to the purchase and used the payment as a down payment. What? Why! 8) We repeatedly asked 5 separate people for a copy of the extended warranty over the next weekend a half (finance guy Sam, salesperson not Patrick, sales manager Anthony, finance manager Frank, then Jodi finally provided it to us). THAT'S when we found out Sam lied to us about the coverage of the extended warranty. 9) We left the dealership and my trade-in without my new Jeep (because it had to be retrieved from Surprise, driven back to dealer for temp tag, then out to my house). I was tired. I was frustrated. I was hungry. When Patrick and other salesperson arrived with my Jeep (on Empty, but Patrick did buy me a tank of gas when I brought it back to him), I had them come in and sit at the table while my family ate a late dinner. Then I had them explain everything on the vehicle to me since I was a new Jeep owner. After 1 1/2 hrs they said they had to return to the dealership by 9:30 or 9:45 or their personal car would be locked behind the gate. They left we went to sleep. 10) We were woken up at 4:30 am to several MC Sheriff Officers asking us if our trade-in vehicle was with us because it ewes found 129 blocks away. We said it wasn't ours but the dealership's now. 11) Turns out an employee had his vehicle locked behind the gate so the took my trade-in car home. AND parked in a handicap parking space! How do I know? Because we received the violation notice and reminder! 12) Sunday 8/20: We went to the dealership and spoke with another manager Brian. After I recounted everything we experienced he said he wasn't aware of all the details, apologized, and said he would try to resolve our issues. In his defense they paid the fine (if there were points associated with the violation we would have appeared in court with one of their representatives to take responsibility). 13) Brian said he wanted me to wait until I heard back from him before I posted a negative review. I said if they take care of the fine and refund the ridiculous charges they added to my purchase price I would give them a good review. He never followed up with the refund. 14) We saw Frank who fixed our financing issue by refunding our E.W. money. Yay!! However, he ran our paperwork through another finance company. Yep, you guessed it. We received TWO financed letters both stating our first payment would be due in September. Really?! Well, as far as I know Jodi rectified that situation. Today is 9/11. I haven't heard from Brian (except when I asked him in August the status) about the refund even though he said he would get back to me within by Friday 8/25. Therefore, this is my review.
